OPENING TIMES

Join us at Malvern Autumn Show 9am to 6pm

MAP

A show map will be available to download and print at home prior to the show. Maps will also be sold at the show.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

There will be an NCT baby changing and feeding area for members and non members (See map).

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES

There will be a Mobiloo available every day at Malvern Autumn Show. A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet including a toilet with grab rail, electric hoist and full size changing table. Mobility scooters are permitted on site and can be hired from Event Mobility.

ELECTRIC/HYBRID CAR CHARGING POINTS

There will be six 7.2kw Type 2 charging points located inside the gold parking gate for the duration of Malvern Autumn Show, available to use on a first come first served basis.

CASH POINT

There are cash points on site (please see map for location and there is a charge for transactions).

CATERING

A selection of catering units will be available for you to grab a bite to eat from.

Please note there will be limited walk-up sittings in the Black Pear Bistro available on a first come, first served basis.

DOGS

Unfortunately, we can only allow assistance and participating dogs on the Showground and car parks during this event.

Please don’t leave dogs unattended in vehicles. For all other third party events, please contact the organisers directly to find out about their dog policy.

EMERGENCY

In the case of an emergency at the show please contact the nearest steward who will be able to assist you.

INFORMATION

If you are looking for information or help at the show, stewards will be on hand to assist you.

LOST PROPERTY OR LOST CHILDREN

If you misplace items at the show, or become separated from your child or children, please report this to one of our stewards who will be able to assist you.

SHOWGROUND SHOP & NEWSAGENTS

There is a Showground shop and newsagents on site selling cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, confectionery, papers, groceries, camping supplies and much more.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed public area.

TOILETS

Please see show map for locations. There will be a Mobiloo each day as well as accessible toilets.

WATER/BOTTLE REFILL

There are multiple drinking water refilling stations across the showground (please see map for locations). Don’t forget your reusable water bottle!

PLANT CRECHE & PORTER SERVICE

Our dedicated plant creche team will look after your plant purchases for the day. Once you’re ready to take everything back to the car don’t forget to make use of our Porter Service who can be contacted via the Plant Creche. See map for locations.
