Malvern Autumn Show

27 September 2024 – 29 September 2024 –

MALVERN AUTUMN SHOW PLAN YOUR DAY

Opening Times

The show is open from 9am to 6pm, with last admittance at 4pm each day.

Clothing

We advise wearing shoes that are suitable for wet ground conditions if it rains close to or during the event. Many of the paths are tarmac or hard standing but some areas of the showground could get slightly muddy (although we’ll do our best to reduce this). There are plenty of covered areas but also best to bring a coat and/or umbrella so you can make the most of your day out even if it’s raining.

Travel

To make your journey as smooth as possible, you can check this website for information on planned roadworks and road traffic incidents before you travel.

A free shuttle bus (with disabled access) will start at 8.45am at Great Malvern Station each morning and will take people down to the Red Gate at the showground throughout the day. Staff on the gate will be able to assist those with accessible needs if required.

There will be six 7.2kw Type 2 charging points located inside the gold parking gate for the duration of Malvern Autumn Show, available to use on a first come first served basis.

Bicycle racks are provided at the showground (see map).

For all other travel information please visit the Visitor Guide.

Bag Checks

Open bag checks will take place as visitors enter the showground for your safety and security.

Food & Drink

There are lots of places to pick up a bite to eat at the show, take a look at the show map for locations.

Visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic.

Please note there will be limited walk-up sittings in the Black Pear Bistro available on a first come, first served basis

There are multiple drinking water refilling stations across the showground (please see map for locations). Don’t forget your reusable water bottle!

Plant Creche and Porter Service

We know our visitors love to buy plants, our plant creche team are happy to look after your purchases for the day, you’ll find it next to the plant shops (see map for location). Once you’re ready to take everything back to the car don’t forget to make use of our Porter Service who can be contacted via the Plant Creche.

Dogs and other animals

Please remember only participating and assistance dogs are permitted on the showground and any cars containing dogs will be refused entry to car parks on the Friday and Saturday of the show.

This year, Malvern Autumn Show will trial a brand new ‘dog day’ on Sunday 29th September, welcoming visitors who’d like to bring their well-behaved dogs on short, non-retractable leads along with them to enjoy the show.

Dogs left in vehicles: Dogs are never permitted to be left in vehicles at Three Counties Showground car parks. Anybody attending an event with a view to leaving their dog inside a vehicle unattended, will not be permitted entry. If a dog is found unattended in a vehicle during the event, the event organisers will attempt to contact the owners via Tannoy before removing the dog from the vehicle in the interest of animal welfare.

Dogs at the Showground: Dogs must be kept on a short, non-retractable lead at all times whilst at the Showground. Dogs found worrying animals or visitors will be asked to leave the event. Dogs are not permitted within indoor areas that serve food. Visitors are required to pick up their dogs’ waste and use the dog waste bins provided.

There will also be a dedicated Dog Show with fun, informal categories such as ‘waggiest tail’, ‘most obedient’, ‘softest coat’, ‘dog most like it’s owner’ that families can get involved in or cheer along their favourites. No pre-entry is required, simply stop by on Sunday to join in the four-legged fun.

Sunday dog entry tickets are available to book online in advance.

No other animals are allowed on site or in car parks throughout the duration of the show, unless authorised by show staff.
